| What is the process for getting my material translated? | ||||
What kinds of files or media do you translate? We can handle nearly any file format you throw at us. Of course, we get a lot of Microsoft Office files (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.) and Adobo files (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). |

| What does translation cost? | ||||
| Is a quote the same as a proposal? | ||||
| No. A quote is an estimate only and not a contract for work. A proposal is created after Same Day Translations has fully scoped the project and looked at the original media files. Although a proposal can be based on a quote, it is considered the contract for work and will contain more specific pricing and timelines. A proposal will also contain the signatures of representatives from both organizations. |
